Goal #6 In Progress {gym}

6. Exercise at least 2 times a week for 2 months


I’ve been trying to work on my 101 Things. Especially those which take a couple months to complete.

I went to the gym a couple times a few weeks back, but it pretty much killed me so I didn’t go for a while. I’ve decided that if I go for less time and work my way up to more, than that’s what might work for me.

Today (July 24th) I went to the gym probably for 30 mins. I did a warmup run on the treadmill for 5 minutes, then about 15 mins doing weights and about 20 sit-ups. I want to tone my stomach and legs. Well… really, I just want some muscle on my skin and bones! I finished with 6 minutes on the elliptical glider machine thing.

On my way out of the gym, there was a guy coming in with a bird on his shoulder. Ok. Fine. Some people like their birds… but this was a pigeon! Eww.

So… let’s see if I can keep this up!
